FAQ

The Register of Public Sector Partners (RPVS) is an information system that contains data on public sector partners and their end-users of benefits. The register also includes statutory documents, the so-called verification documents.

The administrator is the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic. The registering authority is the District Court Žilina.

The Register is publicly available here https://rpvs.gov.sk/rpvs/.

A public sector partner is one who:

– receives money from the state budget or European funds,

– is a contractor and subcontractor in public procurement.

– is the recipient of a transaction involving property, rights to property or other property rights of public institutions and organisations,

– provides health care under contracts with health insurance companies,

– is obliged to register in special registers (e.g. health insurance companies, holders of mining permits),

– has claims on public institutions or the State,

Entry in the register is compulsory, and complete and truthful information is necessary for access to public resources.

Further frequently asked questions and answers are available on the following Ministry of Justice website (in Slovak only)  https://www.justice.gov.sk/sluzby/register-partnerov-verejneho-sektora/casto-kladene-otazky-rpvs/.
